Fostering a more perceptive society
Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP) aims at contributing to the development of a society that nurtures newvalues, where people with diverse viewpoints respectand stimulate each other. To achieve this, fostering a"culture of dialogue" is essential : it means using dialogue to energize the imagination, to exchange new perspectives and ideas, and to invent innovative methods and solutions. We believe that one of the most effective ways of realizing this is through experimenting art and culture from various regions and epochs, thereby fostering people's sensitivity to, and understaning of, manymindsets and values.
Faithful to our principle of always staying focussed on our core business, DNP endeavours to contribute to the development of this"culture of dialogue"by promoting dissemination of art and culture, mainly in the visual arts field as it has close connections to printing. Unique cultural programs implemented with DNP Foundation for Cultural Promotion, a non-profit organization, aim at"promoting graphic design and the graphic arts", and at"expanding opportunities for encounters with art", in order to nurture a society where people enjoy a richer sensitivity. Please feel free to participate in the wide range of cultural activities DNP has to offer.
