When a Village Is Drowned: Tazuko Masuyama at the Izu Photo Museum

Tazuko Masuyama was born, raised, and spent most of her adult life in Tokuyama, a village on the upper reaches of the Ibi River in a remote corner of Gifu Prefecture.
