DNP Launches New Designated Area Electronic Contents Delivery Service
Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP) is pleased to announce the launch of new electronic contents delivery service designed to deliver e-contents, beginning with e-magazines, to designated areas. By delivering electronic contents tailor-made to match the needs of designated areas, DNP aims through this service to provide consumers with a more pleasurable browsing experience.

The newly developed e-contents delivery service is designed to deliver e-contents tailor-made to match the needs of designated areas, such as facilities, and/or retail outlets, via smartphones, tablet terminals, and computers. Consumers can use the new service merely by downloading the appropriate browser application to multi-functional terminals compatible with iOS or Android, or to their computers.
- When viewing the e-contents, there is no need for consumers to input their member registration or credit card information.
- It is possible to deliver e-contents tailor-made to fit the concept, location and timing of designated facilities and outlets.
- It is also possible to deliver original contents (converted into micro-contents) from published magazines on an article or topic-unit basis and
- Apart from e-magazines, it is also possible to deliver sales promotion contents such as coupons issued by facility and outlet operators.

Several functions from the new service are being delivered to the digital contents magazine corner opened on September 10 by All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. and Nihon Unisys Ltd. at the ANA lounge at Osaka's Itami Airport. DNP will provide this new service not only in airport lounges, but also aircraft, trains, cafes, stadiums and hotels, aiming for sales of one billion yen in the year ending March 31, 2016.
