EB technology* gives DNP freedom to design and improve resin and/or coating layer. DNP holds more than 1,000 patents globally.
EB in-mold decoration film has a self repairing top coat, so it can keep the beautiful appearance for long time even with high gloss piano black color which normally shows every tiny scratches.

Contributes to reduce defect rate at production

DNP also optimizes its peeling strength between base film and top coat to avoid burr and flaking that contributes to reduce defect rate at production.
EB in-mold decoration film does not require UV cure after injection process, so you do not need to install UV cure system and it leads to cost reduction. Since EB in-mold decoration film has been already cured, you do not need to worry about quality issue caused by poor cured parts.
DNP has vast variety of design with EB in-mold decoration film, not only for high gloss piano black but from woodgrain to technical pattern, and even for textured part with in mold.
