- Merged with DNP Security Paper Co., Ltd. (capitalized at \20 million) to established Osaka sales office with capitalization of \30 million.
- July 1972
- Increased the capital to 100 million yen.
- October 2006
- Transferred the building material business to DNP Lifestyle Materials Marketing Co., Ltd.
- April 2011
- Sent a representative at DNP Business Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
- October 2012
- Sent a representative at DNP Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (Singapore).
- June 2017
