Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP) is pleased to announce the February 1, 2019 establishment of DNP Business Partners Co., Ltd. (DNP Business Partners). A 100% subsidiary of DNP, DNP Business Partners has been created with a mission to expand opportunities for disabled citizens, and to further promote the employment of a diverse range of human resources.

The main business contents of DNP Business Partners will cover a variety of administrative duties commissioned by DNP Group Companies, including the collection, sorting and delivery of post and in-house mail materials, along with the printing of business cards of DNP employees. In addition to providing a flexible working style affording disabled citizens the chance to demonstrate their full potential matching in line with their individual characteristics, DNP will also strive to improve the working environment, via such actions as clarifying operational procedures.

DNP also plans to apply for accreditation for DNP Business Partners as a Special Subsidiary, as specified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW). Such subsidiaries are expected to show special consideration for the employment of citizens with disabilities, in order to promote and stabilize that employment. The status is awarded to those subsidiaries that have been recognized by MHLW as satisfying the necessary conditions.
