Personal Information Protection Policy

Our company is entrusted with personal information from various companies and associations in order to help them provide services and products to their customers. In addition, we also have been developing our own services and products that make effective use of personal information. Through these businesses, we clearly recognize the importance of personal information. Based on our personal information protection objectives, we believe that in addition to protecting information appropriately, it is our duty to practice privacy governance based on data ethics in order to protect the rights and interests of consumers, including their privacy.
Our company shall handle personal information properly in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Policy.

  • 1.We shall comply with laws and regulations, guidelines and other codes stipulated by the State regarding the handling of personal information, and will autonomously ensure the appropriate handling of personal information.
  • 2.We shall implement necessary and appropriate security control measures to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information. If such problems occur, we shall implement corrective actions without delay.
  • 3.We shall specify the purpose of use for personal information, and acquire, use and provide such information fairly and properly. We shall also implement measures to prevent the handling of personal information beyond the scope necessary for the achievement of the specific purpose of use.
  • 4.We shall implement cybersecurity measures to control uncertainty and eliminate vague anxiety in cyberspace.
  • 5.We shall endeavour to clarify the benefits the principal can expect to gain from the personal information we hold along with the risks to privacy, and to explain these benefits and risks clearly and carefully.
  • 6.We shall handle personal information within the entrusted business scope when entrusted with business operations that include the handling of personal information from a client company.
  • 7.We shall establish internal regulations regarding personal information protection, build and maintain a system, and make efforts to continuously improve it.
  • 8.We shall respond properly to any complaints or consultations from the principal regarding our handling of personal information and our personal information protection system.
